Send this agent the notes or transcript from a meeting and it replies with the action items: who owns each one and when it is due. It is deliberately strict about two things. An item with no owner is listed as unassigned rather than guessed at, and an item with no date is listed as undated rather than given one. Those are the two facts a meeting summary most often invents, and they are the two you would act on. It works entirely from email. Nothing is read from or written to your files.
